2. Services Provided

Integrity Vibez offers the following services:

Video production for conferences, concerts, corporate events, and other special events.Event setup and logistical support for video and audio equipment.Livestreaming, post-production editing, and digital content creation.

Our services are customized to fit the specific needs of each client, and we work closely with you to ensure your event runs smoothly.

3. Booking and Payment

3.2 Payment

: A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

: Clients must provide at least 14 days' notice to cancel or reschedule an event without penalty. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Access: The client is responsible for providing access to the venue at the agreed-upon time to allow for equipment setup and teardown.

4.2 Permits and Approvals: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, permissions, or approvals required for video production at the event venue.

4.3 Content Ownership: The client retains ownership of the event content produced by Integrity Vibez. However, we reserve the right to use portions of the work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Confidentiality

Integrity Vibez will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the client during the course of our services. We will not disclose such information to any third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Integrity Vibez will not be held liable for any damages or losses that result from the use of our services, including but not limited to technical failures, equipment malfunctions, or unforeseen interruptions.

6.2 In the event that Integrity Vibez is unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents), we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund of any payments made.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Integrity Vibez retains the right to the intellectual property created in the form of video production techniques, methodologies, and templates used in your event. The client has full rights to the event content, while Integrity Vibez may use footage, photos, or any project output in our promotional materials, unless the client explicitly opts out.

8. Force Majeure

Integrity Vibez is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of nature, war, terrorism, or government actions.9. Termination

Integrity Vibez reserves the right to terminate or suspend services in the event of non-payment, breach of terms, or other reasonable cause. Upon termination, the client is still responsible for any outstanding payments for services already rendered.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

11. Amendments

Integrity Vibez reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or upon direct notification to clients.
